I help professionals feeling stuck in the messy middle.
Born in Surrey, I moved frequently throughout my childhood. I lived on three continents and went to nine schools. Change was my constant.
For 15 years I have worked as a nurse with a passion for palliative care. I have been a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist for over 10 years, working at the ultimate threshold, the place where life meets its end.
In that space, there is no room for "hustle" or "quick fixes." There is only the truth of what is happening, the weight of what is being left behind, and the quiet, urgent question of how to live well in the time that remains. This career didn't just teach me about medicine; it taught me about the Muddle: that complex, often overwhelming space where the old version of your life has finished, but the new one hasn't yet begun.
Today, as a coach and facilitator, I sit at the intersection of clinical depth and generative growth. I have moved from observing the threshold to partnering with those who are crossing it.
I don't see you as someone to be fixed, analysed, or cared for. I see you as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You aren't a patient; you are the architect of what comes next.
Clients often describe my presence as one of Compassionate Grounding. Because I have seen the big picture of human life, I am not frightened by your uncertainty, your burnout, or your grief.
My coaching is a "Grounded Holding," a safe, structured container where:
My work is anchored in Ubuntu, the belief that "I am because we are." I believe that when you do the hard work of navigating a transition with intention, you don't just change your own life; you change the way you show up for your family, your community, and your work.
I am here to be your critical friend and your steady presence. Together, we will honor the ending, navigate the muddle, and author a beginning that feels like yours.
